Any cancellation must be notified in writing, either by e-mail or by registered letter.
In case of cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded.

– For any cancellation occurring between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Less than 15 days before arrival, no refund will be made, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.

– In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay remains due.

Yes, a local breakfast is included in all our packages, unless otherwise stated.

Check-in from 3 PM. Check-out until 11 AM. Early arrivals or late departures possible upon request.
